Nuclear Environmental Protection with Digital Technologies (1st semester)

Course Objectives

• To give students understanding of environmental big data analysis using machine learning techniques
• Understanding safety fundamentals, requirements and guides in the area of radiological environmental impact assessment (R-EIA)
• To give students valuable insights in each step of radiological risk assessment processes including source term estimation, atmospheric dispersion, dose assessment to the workers and the public, and health effects
• Practicing R-EIA using NPP licensing computer codes
